Web objects have points and paths like graphic objects. Use the Pointer, Subselection, and Transform tools to edit a hotspot. Other editing tools, such as the Reshape tool, do not edit hotspots.
To edit a selected hotspot using points:
1 | Choose the Pointer tool or Subselection tool.

To convert a selected hotspot into a rectangle, circle, or polygon hotspot:
1 | Choose Window > Object to open the Object inspector. |
2 | Choose Rectangle, Circle, or Polygon from the Shape pop-up menu. |

To transform a selected hotspot:
1 | Choose a Transform tool. |
2 | Drag the transform handles.

To skew a selected hotspot:
1 | Choose Polygon from the Shape pop-up menu in the Object inspector to convert the hotspot to a polygon hotspot. |
2 | Choose the Skew tool and drag the transform handles.
